I’m no expert that’s for sure! But I will just give you a total amateurs¬†point of view on things. Whether it’s sharing how my own personal fitness journey is going through a weekly update feature, touching on why I’ve introduced fitness into my life (March 2017 was when I first joined up to the gym and was the first time I really dedicated time to my own fitness), what benefits I’ve seen from fitness, maybe even looking at the struggles of fitness too. I’m also hoping to try some new techniques and classes which I will then be able to share with you all! I’m in a place where fitness is more important to me than it’s ever been before and I’m absolutely loving seeing all the benefits it has. I want to be completely transparent and share exactly how it’s making me feel and give you guys any honest recommendations and tips along the way.
